Template: have your attorney review before publishing. Last updated: [date].
Information we collect
When you request a quote or register for a trip, we collect the information you give us, such as your name, contact details, travel preferences, roommate and meal requests, mobility needs, emergency contact, and (for air and cruise trips) the details required by airlines and cruise lines.
How we use it
We use your information to plan and operate your trip, share it with the suppliers who provide your travel services (such as hotels, motorcoach companies, airlines and cruise lines), process payments, and send you trip updates. With your permission, we may also send news about upcoming trips; you can unsubscribe at any time.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for your trip, our records and legal requirements.
